Swissôtel Kobuleti Beach Resort is a premium beachfront development on Georgia’s Black Sea coast, jointly developed by Archi and NEXT in partnership with Swissôtel.
The resort comprises three distinctive towers combining a five-star Swissôtel hotel, branded residences and investment apartments.
The architectural concept was created by Chapman Taylor’s Madrid studio and is inspired by the silhouette of sailing yachts. Apartments are designed to benefit from panoramic Black Sea views.
The development is located on the historic site of the former Intourist Hotel and includes 138 Swissôtel hotel rooms and suites alongside a residential collection of up to 2,500 residences.
Completion is scheduled for December 2031.
